Boberg XR9
Might be just the ticket for a 9mm that is a true pocket gun.

Good size comparison pictures; http://www.barking-moonbat.com/index...ally_for_sale/
Unfortunately, $850!

Re: Boberg XR9
It may be a good alternative to the mouseguns when the price drops to realistic levels. I'm going to keep my eye on it.

Re: Boberg XR9
I think I'd rather have a Rohrbaugh, but that's just me.
Looks like they priced it to be just under said Rohrbaugh. Also looks like it would be a handful.

Re: Boberg XR9
It sounds like he has it about as cheap as he can get it for now. The interest seems to be there. Some mass production should help drop the costs. I wish him luck!
It's good to see a small company making a go of it.

Re: Boberg XR9
I've been following the progress of this gun for years. I'm waiting for the medium version to come out. Considering the shorty hasn't really started shipping yet, I'm going to be waiting a while...

Re: Boberg XR9
Looks well built but I dont see the need to go smaller than a KelTec PF9 or Kahr PM9

Re: Boberg XR9
THR has a thread started by Boberg discussing the pistol. It was started in 2008, but has very recent posts at the end.

Personally, I think it can be a good idea if they can get ti to work well. Extra barrel in a short pistol might be the next step in sub-compact pistols. Or it will prove too complex and go the way of the Mateba autorevolver.
