Re: No Weapons Allowed (Lycoming Mall)
Sign? What sign? Oh, some big list of words buried off to the side after entering the mall?

This. Although there are court rulings which have stated that malls are not strictly private property but are public commons. Which would cast into doubt their ability to legally have no weapons policies.
However all of the cases I have seen were freedom of speech cases, not firearms cases."Cives Arma Ferant"

Re: No Weapons Allowed (Lycoming Mall)
I did see some signs over the years prohibiting firearms from malls even with a carry license. It always was written on the rules sign, the writing is not very big, and it is nestled among the other rules, therefore, it’s hard to find. I would guess that the entire sign is often ignored by all. The only way I located the rules sign in all the malls is by specifically looking out for it just to see if they had a no guns policy. However I get the impression that mall management is not very interested in enforcing it because the malls where I live are dying. If they strictly enforce the no guns rule, LTCF holders may boycott and not spend money there. Because one has to be at least 21 years old to get a LTCF and law abiding, they will be eliminating the shoppers they want to keep. I suspect they unofficially have a don’t ask, don’t tell policy for concealed carriers.

Re: No Weapons Allowed (Lycoming Mall)
I would think that after February 24 of this year, Lycoming Mall's weapons policy is a rather moot point.
