almost ready...Form 1 suppressor...

I say almost ready, 'cause I'm still gathering info. My first form 1 so I don't want to screw it up. I will be the one making this suppressor. I've been thru the process of acquiring suppressors twice and got CLEO sign-offs for both. I'm planning on getting a CLEO sign-off for this as well. So... Fill out a Form 1, completely with CLEO sign-off. Attach two Passport sized photos. Add 1 Cert. of Compliance (this is required now as I'm told). Add, two each fingerprint cards. Question: Serial number...do I make one up?
Okay, say the form is approved and comes back. Now what? I could build, then engrave? Anything I'm leaving out? I've been searching here and at silencertalk.com but couldn't really find anything. thanks!

Oh Dude you did not look hard enough, go back to silencertalk and search the silencersmithing forum...lots of stuff there for making cans. I even went through there and found enough info for making a 12g can!

I'm at silencertalk all the time. Most everthing I know about silencers I learned from that website. The search function is hard to use tho. It seems like no matter what I type in I get a lot of topics that have nothing to do with what I'm looking for. Lot's of digging there. I'll keep looking. thanks!
