    And, by the way, why is it legal to open carry, but illegal to open carry while loaded.

    Just so you know...they can carry an empty mag in the grip...I don't agree with it because it'll take just that fraction of a second longer to load, but with a mag in the grip, empty or not, it may be a deterrent to unknowing B.G.'s since it appears loaded.
