Free Book of PA Gun Laws at Beaver County Courthouse
I don't know if this has been posted yet but my friend just returned from the Beaver County Courthouse yesterday and brought me back a book that the county sherrif has put together containing all of PA gun laws. The book is free to anyone who wants one. Makes great reference material and nice to have everything in print handy. I dont know of anyone else that offers this but figured I'd let all you guys know.

Jim Marshall and Elder Vogel's offices also have them - -all the same book - clearly shows we have too many restrictions on laws on what should be a simple right.

I'm going to go ahead and question the integrity of these "gun laws".
MANY sheriffs create their own illegal requirements and put them on paper, handing them out to those who receive their LTCF. I wouldn't be suprised if quite a few of those "laws" are simply shit he pulled out of his ass.

Re: Free Book of PA Gun Laws at Beaver County Courthouse
The sheriff, state rep and state senator just have their names on the cover. These are just exerpts of the state statutes regarding firearms - all your titles, articles and what not that involve firearms in any way. It's about a half inch thick of 8x11 paper, double-sided if I recall.
There is nothing in there that I saw where the sheriff is making his own rules or anything. This sheriff is PRO-GUN - a NICS check + 15 minutes = LTCF. They don't check references or anything any more.

I got one from our state rep at a sportsman's club meeting. Then, the wife bought home the same thing when we went to get her LTCF, only hers had the sheriff and state senator on the cover instead of the state rep.
