My Tonka Toy
Bushmaster M4 with Trijicon acog, CCG Bipod, mako rails and streamlight flashlight. One word for the Trijicon...awesome.

Re: My Tonka Toy
Dude, you need to get rid of that carry handle upper for a flat top. If you can afford a Trijicon, you can afford to get a good upper receiver. That thing looks like it will be impossible to get a good cheek weld.

Yes get rid of that carry handle, and while you are at it get folding front and rear sights.
That trijicon acog will work better. Thats the way I have my m4 set.

Re: My Tonka Toy
Which model ACOG do you have there? Does it have the donut or chevron reticle? Any other comments on it other than awesome?

All of those wires look like a fire hazard.
But seriously, love the rails, but the ACOG, in all it's awesomeness, does not look low enough to the barrel.

Re: My Tonka Toy
The ACOG i bought is the TA01 with the tritium (glow in the dark) crosshairs and bullet drop compensation. The glass is really crystal clear. Because of the handle i am having a hell of a time zeroing it. I was at the range today all by myself. I was the only one crazy enough to go. After fifty or so rounds i did it. I decided to buy a del ton upper with flip down sites and the base for the acog. Next week i will spring for it as i will have the money then. Ahh so little money so much to buy. I will post another pic when i set it up. I am almost willing to bet the acog will be a lot easier to zero. Thanks guys.
