What kind of site Posts only 5 of one item sells out in an hour and leaves the item up on there page for days?

There web page is sloppy and hard to read.

Every time I visit this site there out of stock on about half the items they sell.

What a Joke.

Wow.
The people who currently own classicarms.us bought it about a year ago from the previous owners. The previous owner was very down to earth and admittedly not very technologically savvy. Yes, the website is tough to read,
but have your ordered from them?

First rate customer service and very reasonable prices for their rifles and ammo.
They are not out to be a huge firearms wholesaler, so it is okay by me that their page isnt quite up to date. It gives you the chance to call and ASK if they have anything that they have not put up on their site yet! See? silver lining to that cloud!

Classic arms is probably the only site I will order weapons through online... They are very nice people on the phone, and want to take your order. They also don't push everything down your throat and will answer any questions from specifications to shipping.

They also do innovative things, like they were the first to carry the sterling, they were the first to lower the AK prices, they even have chromed guns! Their SLC 556 ammo is also one of the cheapest around!

I'm sorry you couldn't get a chromed AK pistol, but think of the thousands of people that want one of those for their safes. It is stronger than a milled receiver and they put those new tapco handgaurds on, which solves the problems with aiming on a AK pistol.

I guess you just have to start checking it at 8am like me

I'm another one that checks their site almost everyday. I've spoken to them on different occasions and everyone was very nice. Twice I tried to order something that was already sold out. That's just part of the game. Many times they have things that are unique or really low priced.

And who died and made you King??? If people earn their money, they can spend it however they see fit. Its like.. why have unlimited posts on this forum? Everything I said about classic was true I didn't trash them I just said How I felt about there site.(they could at least tell you when there going to have there out of stock items in stock)

Ammo is in High demand since the new president, I didn't see the price of that go up when the demand went up.

Well they took the AK off there site that makes me feel better.

I'm new to firearms and I enjoy them but these Collectors/investors are making it very hard for me. I can't find anything unique I have to travel almost an hour to find cheap .45 ammo.

It took me month's to find a XD compact when it first came out.

I understand people can spend there money how they want I'm just trying to figure there mind set out it makes no sense to me.
It messes it up for everybody else.

After what just took place at the gun gallery they should most definitively
test dealers/collectors for metal problems.

Items are worth what people are willing to pay for them. Its called a free market. If you can't afford it, then just tough luck. Put in some overtime or get a second job. As far as ammo, its been steadily rising for approximately 3 years. When I got back into shooting, a case of .308 would cost $210 shipped to my house. If I want one today, I'll pay around $700.

On a last point.. and this is simply a pet-peeve of mine.. Generally speaking, THERE indicates a place or location. THEIR indicates someone's property. Example.

I bought a couple C&R pieces from them and was very pleased. Their site is not the best but you are dealing with real people when doing business with them. Both rifles were as good or in better condition than what their site listed. I ordered a walnut stock k31 for $189 and on the invoice there was a handwritten note saying something to the effect of this is a beauty and it has a troop tag (I was looking for something nice and didn't care about the troop tag I just wanted handpicked walnut), but nice bonus. Yes they list each rifle individually for some models (like the K98 I got from them) and don't list many and don't update, BUT you really know what you are getting, once again I wanted something nice and the description helped me a lot, I got a great looking K98!

I was just looking at their site now, I see the K31 at $189 a couple years ago was a good investment, they are now $279, of course mine shoots great too.
