Not sure how many members have Iphones, Droids or similar phone but the Tapatalk app allows you to view the site in a more phone screen sized manner.
Another forum I belong to installed the add-on and I love it on my Iphone.
I believe it's just a simple add-on for the admins.
Thoughts?
