How do you conceal?
I wear jeans and t-shirts 99.9% of the time. In winter, I wear a coat. I have had my CCW license for a few months and have never carried because when I try, the pistol either rubs against me or is cold and makes me uncomfortable.
I've seen holsters that have an extra flap that sticks up a little bit to help prevent that. Does it really help?
I could tuck my shirt in but then i'm not concealed, unless I'm wearing another shirt or jacket over top.

pocket carry all the way. For the reasons you mentioned and others. I very rarely use a holster.

Re: How do you conceal?
I could probably pocket carry my Bersa Thunder .380 but I really want to carry my CZ P-01 9mm and I doubt I could pocket carry that. It'll fit in my pocket but I don't know that it would be comfortable.

Bersa Thunder .380 in a Uncle mikes IWB, carry it about 4:00, behind my leatherman (not underneath but closer to the rear pocket). I'm a t-shirt and jeans guy 99% of the time and this seems to be ok most of the time occasionally the beaver tail gets me cuz mamma fed me too good but that ain't a major problem

I pocket carry my Bersa 380 and Open Carry my XD-45, so much more comfortable that way.

Re: How do you conceal?
i'm in t-shirt/jeans most of the time too, so if it's concealed, and warm weather, it's usually a Uncle Mike's IWB at about 2:00, with a P220 or G17 if I'm going to be more active and really don't want to feel any weight there. If it's shorts/tshirt, it's often a G26, same type of holster (I have a few of them in different sizes.)
In colder weather, I more often carry the Sig OWB in a pancake holster, and have a vest, jacket, etc covering it., or still the pancake holster and a large sweater conceals too.

Re: How do you conceal?
Carry at 4:00 with a Sidearmor Kydex IWB holster. I wear a t-shirt, tucked in, then an overshirt to conceal. That awkward, uncomfortable feeling is normal when you first start to carry. After a while you don't notice it, and you start realizing no one else is noticing either.
