Talking Pulled over while CC,State PoliceX2

figured its gonna be waist deep on sunday,so ill take a quick ride to perkasie to sight in my new M&P 15/22.
I got to the top of the perkasie ramp and waited on a red light, well apparently I jumped the gun and took my left a millasec too soon,WOOPWOOP,got pulled over by some of pa's finest officers.
The first LEO took my papers and informed me of my infraction. The second was in my passinger window,me with both hands on the wheel still, I informed him I was carrying a 9mm EMP,and had a S&W M&P 357 in the console.
He saftely aquired them both by having me, one at a time, placing them on the dash.
every thing turned out ok,got all my weapons back and a ticket for 109.50.
Q-if the fine is 25.00 and the E.M.S is 10.00 and Mcare is 30.00 with a pre stamped J.C.P./A.T.J. fee of 10.00 that equals 75.00.?????109.5?
the only other mistake is a 1525 time stamp (two hours off).are there any hidden costs?

First of all, I disapprove greatly of your traffic stop. It was none of the officers business what was in your car or how much of it there was. And there's no such thing as them "safely" taking your guns from the car. Guns are safest when at rest, undisturbed by nosy LEOs who were tipped off by naive carriers.

Second, I also find your writing style difficult to read.

Third, $109.50 is the minimum amount of a moving violation to my knowledge. I'm not sure why, but I had a bunch in my younger days and none were ever less than $109.50. Even inspection tickets are that high.

Did they ask you about this or did you just tell them on your own.

Every dollar should show up on the ticket. But it has been a while so things might have changed.

I believe I told them on my own as he was staring at my holstered EMP. On the passanger seat he was examining was a Gun pouch with two loaded mags for the 15/22 in the trunk. I believe its mute as to who said what when.

Since the costs line is blank on my ticket I will have a dispute with the magistrate....FYI this is my first ticket in 25 years.

#1 - why did you tell the officer you were armed? FAIL.

#2 - why did you let him disarm you, for a minor traffic violation? FAIL.

It was certainly not moot... and you should have stayed mute.

He could've kissed it if he wanted to. You still had no reason to inform him or allow him to do so...

The total magisterial fee is 42.50, not $10.
