Are prohibited persons also prohibited from possessing / purchasing ammunition?

And I'm left wondering how they plan on dealing with those that roll their own. Gotta love these feel-good, do-nothing, pieces of legislation.
You can never have enough horsepower or ammunition.

It's a form of conditioning of the people. Start small with little encroachments, but get them used to the procedure of presenting a driver's license, thumbprint, or other official document.

In some states the patron must provide a driver's license to buy cigarettes or take-out alcohol, regardless of age.

In time ALL purchases, transactions, and services will be cleared and scrutinized by a government agency, the total awareness society.

Unless we to something......We don't have to take it.

They think it will make buying and selling ammunition more expensive and annoying thereby causing some gun owners and shops to give up and prevent others from ever starting.
