Mis-information---Gold & Guns
I received a phone call tonight from a young woman looking for Safety classes. She was in Gold & Guns in Milford, where she was told that she needed to purchase a gun before applying for her license. I will check this out this weekend. seems to be another case of bad information coming from a gun shoip. Will let everyone know what i find out.

Re: Mis-information---Gold & Guns
If not misinformation then disinformation. Could be a shop looking to make a sale using misleading tactics.

Re: Mis-information---Gold & Guns
Well, that is one of the reasons that Bill is no longer affiliated with the store. They tend to give incorrect information, over price the guns, and have limited knowledge of the laws.
They also purchased confiscated guns from a dealer. I would strongly suggest having a gun checked out by a reputable gunsmith prior to purchase.

Re: Mis-information---Gold & Guns
good grief.
if anything, it is better to get the LTCF first.
that way, when you buy your first handgun, you don't have to worry about being arrested if you stop at the quickie mart on your way home from the shop.F*S=k
