seeking those who lost LTCF

Hi all. I'm looking for anyone who has had his/her LTCF revoked by the Philadelphia Police Department for a City "rule" that says leaving a gun in a motor vehicle, and that car is broken into and the gun stolen, is grounds for revocation. As I understand it, theft is NOT one of the listed reasons for revocation in the UFA.
I write for a newspaper, and am working on a column about this issue. I would very much like to talk to someone here in the city who had such a thing happen to him/her, possible someone who lost LTCF and had to subsequently appeal the ruling.
