I don't think it's the AR's it's the retards with the shotguns. How challenging is it to shoot a stationary target at 25 yrds with birdshot? I really thought since they are now collecting money to shoot that the range conditions would improve, but I was wrong.

Was there again last Sunday with the ACR... was fine for the most part until someone started shooting off bottle rockets over at the 100 yard range.

I just went Saturday and all the back stops were replaced and it looked pretty good. The Game Warden didn't even hassle me.

Anyone care to do a meetup this weekend at 183? It would be nice to put some faces to names. I can meet up on a Saturday anytime or Sunday in the morning. Send me a PM if you'd like to get together.

I've been there as early as 0800 on a Sunday morning, but if memory serves I believe you're not supposed to start until noon. I could be wrong though, but every time I've been there early, no one's ever given me any problems. I don't believe any hours are posted as well. Your call...

Is 183 the state game lands range just up the road from lake Wallenpaupack?
I go there once in a while when at the cabin. The last time I had to clean up the range. I left with a small load of trash. It was quite a mess to say the least! Havent been back in several months.

That's the one. I police my bench/area when done shooting... I wish others could do the same as well. Thanks for cleaning up the area.
