Default Nice to have day off during the week...

Because there was NOONE at the range!
Took my newly redone "Punisher" to sight it in...
And my CCW goes everywhere with me..

Did have 1 FTF. I'm guessing its a bad ammo. Not a light primer hit..

Well, gun can certainly shoot better then I can shoot it.
My group was certainly more then acceptable.
Only thing is that it wasn't any better then when gun was not freefloated.
What I shot today at 25yd sightin. 5shots group using PMC 55gr FMJ-BT...

What it used to shot before it was freefloated at same distace(I think I used Wolf Polymer coated 55gr ammo 5shots group, if I remenber correctly..)

Only definate advantage I see so far is that due to free floating, group is much more consistant.
When it wasn't free floated, depeding on where I was holding the front of weapn, made my shot goes all over the place(which you can clearly see on second pic).

I had to jack up front sight post ALOT to get it close to center.
I remenber seeing somewhere that they make front sight post that is bit longer. I may need that, if I maintain this FSB.
I'm leaning towords Gas block, and separate flip up front sight..

TheF00L, I'm going again this coming weekend, so if you want to hook up out there, your more then welcome!

Since it doesnt sound like youre keeping that FSB, for now you can get a slightly longer post. I think their like 7 bucks from most online retailers.

    Anywho, nice guns!

    ETA: $7.50 from PK: http://www.pkfirearms.com/content/1/20/68/88

you can get an extended one (by .040") or a super extended one (by 1/10"). Parts 7B and 7C in that list.
