Re: Ruger P345
Got my KP345 last month. ("K" is the stainless slide version.)
Very nice gun! 150 rounds without a problem.
Added Hogue slip-on rubber grips -$10- to improve the feel. Otherwise I wouldn't change a thing.
Got a Fobus paddle holster and it fits like a glove. The muzzle sticks out below the bottom of my sweatshirt though. I'm a pretty big guy and have no problem carrying it, but it's a little longer than the snubby revolver I'm used to.
As for accuracy, the first shot out of it hit an inch above point of aim. Nice groups and I'm still trying various ammo to see what diet it prefers. (Learned recently what a big difference there is in ammo with my Ruger Single Six!)
Easy maintenance, it comes apart in no time without tools.
I recommend it without any reservation.

KP345PR here. I love mine. About 400 rounds downrange and not a single issue.

Re: Ruger P345
Have a new one for about 3 weeks.......Shoots better than my Xd45.
Very accurate at all ranges. Shoots 3 inch groups at 25 yards from a rest position.

Re: Ruger P345
Ignore him, he's grouchy :P
I have had mine for almost two years and it's my daily carry gun. 100% reliable with anything I've fed it so far.... for carry, I use Hornaday, 230 +p XTP/JHP. Have shot probably close to 2k rounds through mine without any malfunctions, 230g FMJ Ball and 200g cast lead FN
A Serpa for a Springfield XD fits it perfectly, actually better than it fits the XD. I prefer a leather OWB holster.
IMHO, the Ruger KP345 is the most underrated .45 acp on the market. The only change I would make with mine is I wish I had got the one without the light rail.Honesta Mors Turpi Vita Potior ~ 3%
