Default legal advantage of the Draco?

whats the LEGAL (NOT tactical) advantage of getting a Draco pistol over getting an AK rifle, other than being able to carry it loaded in a vehicle?

i can not think of any since i am assuming (correct me if i am wrong) that you can OC and CC an AK rifle (folding stock maybe) without an LTCF (long guns arent "firearms"), but an LTCF is required to CC the Draco.

also, is the "overall length" of a rifle with a folding stock calculated with the stock extended or folded? or does this matter?

    thanks for the help

You pretty much hit the only legal "benefit" which is loaded in a car, to me it's just too clumsy of a weapon to be more useful in weight etc over a common pistol caliber carry gun with a second magazine.

Practical or Tactical or Tacticool? I'd say it's the third one.

The only advantage is that it's a pistol and not a rifle and all pistol rules apply.

You can even SBR it and 99% of the pistol rules still apply, but you get the benefit of being able to shoulder it and shoot it a lot more accurately.
