Default Can arizona become a CC without a permit state? How about Pa?

This article got me thinking about the pro's and con's of getting rid of ltcf's in Pa. Imagine not having to have a Ltcf for anything.http://www.nytimes.com/2010/01/31/us/31arizona.html

The only real difference between a legal gun owner and a LCTF holder in PA is about $45...right ??

Its a shame for us that we have to pay to exercise our rights to carry just because its concealed. I guess it could be worse though they could start heavily taxing arms and ammunition!

This. This statement singlehandedly converted me from thinking this was a bad idea to realizing that the law fundamentally wouldn't change anything for the worse.

As long as the LTCF is an option, for reciprocity's sake.
