The red dot ramp front site is much better than the regular ramp. If they brought it back on their new guns as a white dot it would be perfect.
Hello,
My name is Marcos, I live in Brandon, FL.
This was the only forum I could see with vintage Charter Arms Off Duty talk.
Mine has a serial # 1014XX, made in Stratford CT.
This is a great forum.
I had this piece since the late 80's, and I've put about 1000 rds through it.
For what I need it, at 30yds, 2.5-3" groups are not bad.
Recently bi changed my ammo, but I haven't had a chance to test it yet.
I'm going with ARX Inceptor, and Liberty Civil Defense .
I've been looking for a rubber grip, but I can't find a definite answer on which grips fit my piece.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, I started carrying it as my back up piece, but it's easier to pull than my 4" Taurus Tracker357, or my G21, so 38 first line of defense, 357, or 45 are my back ups now.
In advance, thank you for any assistance you can give me.
