    Why such a personal attack on people who were just there to have fun? Don't forget that a lot of the reenactors are vets from other wars, and as time goes on slow metabolism catches up to them.

    Being at the event, I will say that the vast majority of re-enactors portayed a level of fitness on par with being in the military. Very few 'unfit' looking ones were around. I am a Marine by the way, so I am familiar with what 'fit' soldiers would look like.
