    Default Northampton County LTCF

I've read a few places that say the LTCF fee is $25. If that's true, why does the Northampton County LTCF application instructions say it costs $35?

Isn't it supposed to be uniform for all counties?

Northampton countys licenses is a hard plastic like an ID card 35$ bucks this is what is says word for word on the county applacation

D.. cash, check, or money order in the amount of 35.00$ must be paid to the revenue Department. 2nd floor room 2-132, in the northampton county court house . Included In this fee is $6.00 designated to the uniform firearms act modernization and the firearms license validation system

This is BS!!!! someone needs to inform them that it is wrong what they are doi,and the price in the state should be uniform

If you read the UFA it says $19.

Because ours use microprint technology. You can't read them if you are over 50.

It says on the form that $6 goes to the Uniform Firearms Act Modernization Account and the Firearms License Validation System. So that sort of explains $6 of the $16 difference. Still not sure what that other $10 is for. Lunch for the deputy on duty?

It seems that the correct price is $25.00. $19.00+$6.00. The price varies widely from county to county. For instance, Bucks charges $46.00. I have no idea how they arrived at that number. Charging anything more than $25.00 is a summary offense.

    (7) A person who sells or attempts to sell a license to carry a firearm for a fee in excess of the amounts fixed under this subsection commits a summary offense.

It says included in this fee that means it was already figured into the price. So its a 10 dollar difference. There all supposed to be 25$ but northampton county charges 35. Not that i really care how much it is,cause i would of spent anything for it. Its just that the price is supposed to be uniform throught the state, and isn't . Its bullshit

This is specific as to what they are now requiring, -----Current-year paid per capita tax receipt, or earned income tax form from your local municipality.
