Yes, 30 days. After that, it becomes final, but she can re-apply after 12 months, and if that re-application is denied then she can appeal that denial.

Thank you that's what I was getting at....The fact that 1yr would need to expire before re-applying.

Can someone please advise.

My issue is that I haven't used my pay pal account in some time. I tried to resolve the issue by doing what their freaking computerized voice said and that ultimately lead me to a person who spoke more hindu than the English. I said screw it. The only problem I had regarding pay pal and the PAFOA website is I want to purchase a forum subscription but I cant use the "other credit card" option because when you try, it knows you have a pay pal account and wants you to use it. Unless PAFOA adds another option I be purchasing that by mail too.
