edit: and generally speaking, blanket "us or them" mindsets are stupid. just because someone owns/sells/etc a gun doesn't mean they're an ally. or a decent human. or not scum. there were plenty of very valid reasons not to support colosimo's. they're not trumped just because some morons protest against them.

You seem to have a habit of putting words in people's mouths ( or posts as it were ). I never said a thing about supporting " bad shops ". Never have and never will. You dont want to help stop these liars that are using religion, just like Islamic Extremeists to force their views on the rest of us ? Fine , dont. But sooner or later your going to regret not taking the fight to them, maybe someday they'll get around to a shop or an issue you do care about, maybe it wont be to late.

I didnt avoid anything anymore then you did when I asked you if you actually believed it was all a big coincedence that Colosimo's finally caved in and gave up right around the time Miller's group was hounding them, when he had previously beaten the same allegations for YEARS before Miller even became a factor.

Ok, so the guy allegedly had some paperwork mistakes. Its an old tried and true tactic of the ATF to use the smallest of bookkeeping errors and blow them up into a major issue in order to coerce or outright yank the license of a particularly " unpopular " gun dealer. If Colosimo's was really the blight on society and huge supplier of illegal guns to the criminal underworld that Miller and his media acolytes made him out to be, something tells me the ATF would have pursued him a lot more vigorously then just accepting a minor guilty plea to a misdemeanor and accepting a voluntary surrender of his dealer's license.

at any rate, they certainly didn't stop selling guns just because of the protesters, and there were clearly plenty of other issues.

Support the GOOD SHOPS against these demostrations and NOT WORRY ABOUT COLISIMOS! or don't post in here about whether they went under due to the demonstrations or not....

These groups want to CLOSE YOUR GUN SHOPS.

OR Don't support it - post once if you feel the need not to support it, but then please don't keep posting about little stuff back and forth.
