5.56/.223 ammo cannot be found anyplace on the net or in my local shops. unless you want o buy match grade at $1 a round or more. I'm talking no place. I surfed the net for hours and nada, zip, zilch! Unfrick'in believable!!!

I was at Cabela's this morning - they have a nice supply. They are limiting all ammo collectively to 10 boxes. They even have a nice supply of AE 223 tracer.

I live 2 1/2 hours from Cabelas, I didn't want to drive that far for 200 rounds but thanks for letting me know.

7.62x39 is the same way. Sportsmans guide has some of it backordered till 07/2013, lol. It looks to me that the I can't vote for Romney, I stayed home or I'm a liberal democrat gun owner crowd got their wakeup call. lol. He is after your guns. GunBroker.com has guys selling 1000 rd cases of Tula/Wolf 7.62x39 for $300 a case. I'll wait till the rush is over in Jan. lol. I know for me before I pay $300 a 1000 for steel case ammo I'll buy once fired brass or new winchester brass and reload it.

i hope you guys learn from this. You always have to keep enough on reserve for a rainy day. you cant just go to the range and shoot it all up. Even if you do, save the brass and reload everything you shot that day right back up. I mean this in a nice way

Shyda's and Dunham's in Lebanon both had plenty today. Cabelas had plenty on Tuesday.
