Utah Non-Resident Concealed Carry Course-Monroe
Just trying to put this out there and get a feel as to how many Monroe County Residents would be interested in attending The Utah course should it be offered here in Monroe County....I'm sure that there are many, including myself, that just don't have the time or resources to make the 2 hour drive somewhere else, that would love to get their Non- resident Utah CFP.
please post up if you're interested so we can plan something.Last edited by CHEMICAL; January 24th, 2010 at 12:28 PM.

depending on cost, location, and time... I'd be interested
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

It would be roughly the same as this: http://forum.pafoa.org/training-tact...ml#post1002722
details will be worked out once we see how many people are interested. combining Utah with your resident Pa ltcf gives you a total of 34 states that you can carry in.
Prices may or may not be more due to instructors having to travel for the course, but as i said final details will be worked out once we see how many will attend and whether or not we have enough people interested to hold one here.Last edited by CHEMICAL; January 24th, 2010 at 11:52 AM.

I'd be interested. Just would need a time, date and location so I could schedule not to work that day. And to know how much it would cost so I could set some loot aside.

I doubt I'd be able to make it if the price tag is 100+ just for the class. Money is tight as always and thats just to much to swing. if we can get it in the 50 - 75 range then I'd be in and I'm sure I could easily get 4 or 5 other people at that price tag

from what I understand this rate is very much in line with this permit. depending on the services provided, when you go by the breakdown of getting pictures, fingerprints, notary, etc it seems very reasonable to me.
I understand the money issue since I have limited funds also, but this to me seems worth it. also, should your Pa LTCF ever be revoked for some reason( and it seems lately that they are finding reasons) you can still CC with a non resident Utah one.
