    Default Para Expert Gi 45

I bought a new Para expert gi 45 about a month ago. I was looking for a entry level 1911 and didnt want a taurus due to a few freinds having them and having many issues. The para is usa made home based in NC. First I stripped the gun down and cleaned and lubed it,then I began pounding the heck out of it. first round needed a slight tap on back of the slide to go to full battery but has functioned flawlessly for 300 rounds now.I would recommend this gun to anyone looking for an affordable 1911.
Im looking for a nice set of laminated grips for it just to dress it up,the stock rubber panels are butt ugly.

    Congratulations. That's a good 1911 for your first. It's better than entry-level.
