Default Carry at an armed forces recruiting center?

Are these 'federal properties' wherein one cannot carry a firearm?

    Thanks.

Yes - an armed forces recruiting center is considered a Federal Facility and possession of weapons is proscribed by 18 USC 930.

This is correct, the military recruiting offices are federal property.

The question is whether anyone will say anything.
And not many recruiters are that retarded.
    SOME are. But not many.

Not all Armed Forces recruiting centers are Federal property. There are many instances where a building is leased to house a recruiting team. Not to mention you have the PA Army National Guard and Air National Guard. Those identities are not Federal but under state control.

If the building is LEASED to or owned by the US Government and there are Federal employees (includes members of armed forces and civilians) who staff it, then it is a Federal FACILITY and off-limits per 18 USC 930.
