No personal experience with them, but I've heard nothing but good things about them. They seem to get much better reviews overall than the ColtM4.

Got one - love it. Only problem I've had is the irregular 22lr ammo quality you find. Mis-fires are a problem! But, if the bullet goes bang, the next one will be loaded and ready. I've fired as fast as my finger can pull the trigger and accuracy suffers cause I'm laughing so hard - it's FUN! Easy to clean and accurate (when not laughing).

Re: S&W M&P 15/22
I think that's a problem with many newer semi-auto .22 rifles though. If you don't use a good high velocity round, it doesn't want to have enough power to blowback and reset. My AK22 does the same thing. If it's anything other than good HV rounds, the carrier will only go back half way and then jam the case half ejected.
(no problem with misfires though... just saying a good round is almost necessary when shooting a newer semi auto)III%

Re: S&W M&P 15/22
Great fun rifle to have. I shot over 1000 rounds through mine. 22's are finacky with ammo. its nice to shoot all day and not have to worry about the ammo prices.

Re: S&W M&P 15/22
By the way for you hard core AR followers I am sure you know what type of flash hider that is but for you new to the AR world that is a Ruger flash hider thats been machined to fit over the barrell. Did not have the barrell threaded due to the coast and its mainly for esthetics anyway since a .22 is not going to give off a big flash. The scope is a bushnell pro hunter "T" retical. I have also added a CCA cheek rest, finger grooved pistol grip with interchangable front and back strap, UTG rail covers, tactical laser and light. tell me what you think guys
