I didn't vote, because mine is the duotone. I carry and store mine in a leather DeSantis holster. The holster is darker from sweat, but the pistol shows no detrimental effects. I have run several hundred rounds through mine and have had zero failures. I like it and have and will carry it. I also use it for a BUG in IDPA matches. One match it got passed around several different shooters when a new Walther choked on it's owner.

I have a Duo Tone that has about 300 rounds on it. I get failure to feed on the last round pretty often. The only thing I've put through it is White Box. Anybody have any ideas? I only load seven because I've heard there are problems feeding for sure if you carry one in the pipe and a full mag.

If your gonna carry a Bersa make sure your arm strength is kept up, as it's only good for throwing at the threats. I borrowed a buddy's Bersa to break my wife into shooting a hand gun and all it did was piss her off. It jammed every other clip. The old saying you get what you pay for comes up spades with this gun. Doesn't matter what color you get, still the same gun. Save your money up and buy a decent gun.

The ammonia based solvents are only a problem if you leave any of it on the gun for a length of time. You can use it to clean the gun no problem you just have to make sure you get ALL of it off. It doesn't eat the nickel. It eats the copper that it's plated over.

I HAD a matte black one for concealed carry. It never rusted, I carried it most of the time. I have to say that you should buy a good holster for this pistol. I bought a cheap Uncle Mikes holster. That gun and holster combo used to picnh and poke my side and you could feel every contuor of the gun. I sold it because I couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with it. I ended up getting a Kahr .40. Remeber... You get what you pay for...

I say Satin Nickle. I think nit shows less wear and tear than the blued finish. Matte black looks nice too, I just like the silver one better, thats the color of mine.

Have the nickle for years as one of my CC's. Love the little thing. Never had a problem with it. great to conceal.

OK, I have to add my 2 cents

I have had my Bersa matte black finish .380 for 9 years now.
It is my primary CC. I've run about 600 - 700 rounds through it and heve NEVER had a problem with the gun. And the finish looks like it did when new.

At about 25 yards, my grouping is about 3" (but slightly to the right), but I consider that pretty good and would not miss the BG.

I have the extended mag that holds 9 rounds and I ALWAYS have one in the chamber. I have never had a jam, even when the pistol hasn't been fired in months.

I would never sell this pistol, plus the wife LOVES it better than her S&W revolver.
