Default Moving from Montco to Bucks; New LTCF?

As stated, will be moving from Montgomery County to Bucks county. I have a proper change of address card, but do I need to reapply for my LTCF?

Not until your existing one expires...change of address to Montco is all you need to do. When the time comes you'll renew in Bucks.

However if you just want to have two (one with your current address) you can apply in your new county of residence and both your old and new LTCFs will remain valid until expired or unless revoked.
If you don't know who your state legislators are go here:

put your zip plus 4 in the box in the upper right hand corner.

As has been stated already, your current license to carry a firearm (LTCF) is valid until expiration or revocation, regardless of where you move to. However, it is a good practice to notify the issuing Sheriff of your change of address so that you will receive any notices of renewal or revocation.

Your LTCF is only as good as the Sheriff says it is, and if he revokes it then you not only don't have a License, you're presumed to be ineligible to have a License, which bumps the usual Misdemeanor 1 offense up to a Felony under the statute. So if he revokes it, all he has to do is mail a certified letter to your last known address. If you don't live there, you won't get that letter, so you'll continue carrying a firearm but now you're committing a felony.

Licenses get revoked for all sorts of reasons, so you may not have any clue that you've done something, or been accused of doing something, that might merit revocation.

Most Sheriffs will also send you a courtesy letter before your License expires, but that only makes it to your last known address, too.

So, definitely send your own certified letter to the Sheriff that issued your LTCF, giving him your new address.
