Purchase limits in PA
I was in Geisers gunshop in Sunbury recently and the gentleman behind the counter stated you are only allowed one handgun purchase a week. After reading the entire PA UFA on the PA Open Carry site I can find nothing to support his statement. Did I miss somthing, or is this a case of another missinformed dealer/employee???
Any information welcome.

Re: Purchase limits in PA
Guess I broke the law a couple times.
I don't know all the FFL lingo, but if more than one handgun is purchased in a specific amount of time (it may be a week)from the same shop I believe additional paperwork needs to be filed. Or something along those lines.
I'm sure one of the FFl's will chime in with the technical aspects and correct my errors.FUCK BIDEN

Anyone that purchases 5 or more handguns in the same 5 day period, the dealer is required to submit a form to the ATF
