You mean when they order you to stop your illegal activity and threaten to call the police to have you escorted off property legally theirs (and posted) and you murder them to cover up your crime(s) rather than go to jail?

Or when a landowner is hunting their own property also and you murder them over a game animal? Good thing you already stated your intentions on the Internet before you went hunting this year...

And here are game/trail camera pics of him earlier..."

In a lot of cases the people you "think" own the property don't, or they don't live here full time, or they don't live here at all and are only waiting for it to get more valuable to sell...

Eastern PA is nothing like central or northern PA.

what are you even still here? Don't you have somewhere else to go when you are drunk?
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Which is exactly what you should do. Most people prefer to take the "get off my land or get shot" approach which can result in bad things happening... based on your original response you sounded like one of those people, sorry if I was mistaken

You were lied to, it was clearly stated on the website but with the new layout I have no idea where it is

If it is clearly stated on the web site they did a good job of clearly hiding it. WCO Carney always seemed like an honourable man so I think saying he was lying is a bit harsh. If what the WCO from Washington county stated is in fact the policy then maybe Doug was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that game ended up in the hands of the rightful owner.

I seem to remember the original question was raised over concerns hunters had over hunting in suburban areas which the game commission was/is pushing big time in this area to reduce the deer herd in populated areas.
