outrageous prices
I went to a local gun shop today. The guy wouldn't even let us see a gun he just set there and just watched us. His price of ammo was stupid for Winchester white box 9mm 100 round value pack for 30 dollars, he also wanted 40 or 45 for a box of Winchester super x 300 win mag factory ammo.

Wow, the Gander Mountain in my area is sometimes as much as double what it is at Dicks and/or Walmart. They are helpful in letting you look at their overpriced firearms though. They want to lube you up before they fist you with their $50 transfer fees. (not sure if those fees are the same if you purchase a gun there)

Re: outrageous prices
I hate when sales people do that , last year the wife and i were in the market for a new vehicle, we settled on the Chevy Avalanche, went to Grey's Chevrolet on route 611 in stroudsburg, sales guy treated us like we had leprosy, i guess we interupted his cigarette smoking or something, we felt disrespected and unapprecited, so we left , we across town to Halterman's Toyota and bought a Toyota Tundra crewmax limited for $45000, The Toyota people were professional, respectful , on the ball and act like they want your business, so they got it.
Most Gun shop owners act like theyre doing you a favor even talking to you, they must realize that one day Obama is going to leave office and business is going to be bad again.

it's hard to believe how ignorant some sales people can be especially in this economy. you would think sales people who treat you like kings and queens to get you to buy a car especially a gas guzzling avalance. i guess he must have thought nobama is going to pay his salary regardless if he sells cars or not. with that said i think the tundra is a much better vehicle than anything chevy puts out. i picked up a 2010 tundra SR5 double cab a few months ago and couldn't be happier.
