Awesome critique and deconstruction of the Stephens dissent in Heller v DC

Found this deconstruction of the dissenting opinion in DC v Heller.
The attorney that wrote this really tears into the Stephens dissent, all backed up with historical fact. With a decision in McDonald v Chicago expected sometime around the anniversary of Heller, this guys timing is impeccable, considering the opposing justices are almost certain to use the same mental gymnastics and specious reasoning as they tried to in Heller.
Here's a snippet from the end of the article


"...demonstrably, clearly, and repeatedly wrong, with errors that could best
be attributed to carelessness approaching arrogance and at worse to
indifference because the conclusion was predetermined."

I read the critique last night before going to bed and I started wondering. Did Stephens put any effort into his dissent or did he have a bunch of 4th graders research this stuff instead?
