What to do to sell a very old shotgun?

Ok thanks, i didn't make it to the Greensburg gun show unfortunately.

I am glad to have learned the safety steps and precautions needed to sell a gun here in PA. I guess we can get it appraised if it isnt too much hassle as my hubby is just as happy having it sit in the safe. I would rather see it being enjoyed though. I will see what i can do about an appraisal. That was the first gun i ever took apart haha. Thanks for the help. Too bad the owner is deceased as it would have been interesting to know any stories associated with it. The other 2 small handguns from his family look very old and i wouldn't trust em either- they look inexpensive and probably not worth much if anything. The shotgun does look interesting if one is into gun decorating!

register and list it. i sell on GB and buy there often. few bad experiences. watch out for the NJ NY Mass Cali crowd. they have some rules that exceed the fed guidelines. such as, NJ people cannot get an antique (pre 1898) through the mail if ammo is still available and it is a cartridge gun. these need to go thru an FFL.
