Hi ! I'm new here. I'm really into Valentines Day and when my husband told me that he's made plans for the day I was excited. He made me say 'Yes' before he completely told me what we're doing for the day; so I'm not sure what I'm getting myself into... this will be my first time shooting a gun. My husband has been urging me to become more interested in guns and I just keep making excuses as to why I can't or don't want to. I am both excited and scared about this event.

Can I get some insight as to what I'm in for on my first day of shooting?

We've got a good group of dedicated and experienced people here who are always happy to guide newbies along. You'll be taken care of.

It's a pretty relaxed environment. A lot of socialization and checking out one another's firearms and equipment. Everyone gets fully briefed on the safety rules at the beginning of the shoot, and newcomers are often given extra instruction and guidance on the side.

Someone needs to step up and cook for the Group Shoot. i did this for the last one and it was a little rough trying to organize and cook at the same time.
