Forgot password and changed email

I moved from Ambridge to Allentown and had to change internet providers. Now I cannot remember my password and my old email account is gone.

is there a way to get my password or change my email address.

if your using xp, at the top click on tools, options,security, then click on passwords, it should be in there. (this is for passwords)

If all else fails, contact a mod! I had the same problem and a mod and Dan fixed me up!
