    Question M1A/M14 'smith in central/eastern PA ??

    I am looking for a 'local' smith to remove an old barrel and mount a brand new barrel in a Springfield receiver. Would prefer to NOT mail this to someone if I don't have to, thus looking for local. And I know that not just any old shade-tree gun hack is capable of doing this correctly.... Anyone w/ suggestions or experience? Much appreciated!
