    Spike's Tactical HAVOC registered as a 40mm.

I have the beehive rounds ordered from Shivak and Grogs' DVD just came in this week.

Mine has a few more steps because I'm dealing with a dealer three and a half hours away (Bear Paw Arms) near Pittsburgh, so everything is mailed until I pick up the product, and I won't be able to send them certified to the ATF. Dealer reports that he is seeing a 12 and a half week return right now.

mojo - do you know (or does anybody else) if all NFA's are on similar timelines, or do silencers, SBR's, and MG's each have their own pace? Maybe papers get processed faster for some regions or dealers?

There seems to be no set time line right now. Some guys are getting record transfer times, while others are waaaay too long, almost "i think my paperwork is lost" long.

The paperwork is processed alphabeticly by the dealer's name. Some examiners are faster or slower than others, and some have a butt-load of transfers due to a common letter in the name of the dealer.

Average time right now seems to be 2.5-3 months, reguardless of the item.

I don't think that it matters. It's just luck of the draw.
