Perfect example of why you NEVER talk to the police without your lawyer present. You may have done nothing wrong, but by cooperating with the police you got your handgun and license taken from you.

I'm sorry to hear this happened but I wish you all the luck in obtaining your LTCF again.
I am not a lawyer and nothing I say should be construed as legal advice.

I hope you can see that whether you think you have anything to hide or not is not relevant. If you are being investigated it is always safer to remain silent and obtain counsel if needed. You may find this video helpful for future reference:

After this long you have only one option. Apply for the LTCF and see what happens.
If you get denied you'll have to appeal.
I'm betting after 6 years they have forgotten all about the previous revocation, which was inappropriate according to your story.
If so, they will run PICS and if it's clean they will issue.

    Ya i see that now....

I did go down three weeks ago to ACSD and applied and the guy looked up and saw it was revoked and asked me why and i told him and he said i was young, we bs'd for a lil and he said he would see what he could do. So they won't just forget about it persay, it is in their data base. I have not good or bad news in the mail as of yet but i am just trying to cover all my basis with this post nad thank you for your participation.

There's nothing wrong with a post carrying on page after page after page. Unless it's borderline-illegible and reads like you've been on a three week bender.

I hope you can afford to get your problem resolved. Contact a lawyer and see what it'll cost to undo this. Applying for a new LTCF may work,,,, go for it. If not, see a lawyer.
