    Default high ride IWB holster?

Anyone have any suggestions as to what a high ride IWB holster would be? For example my current Nick Matthews IWB holster to me would be a low ride holster. Is a style like the Galco Summer Comfort or Milt Sparks SS2 a higher riding holster?

I don't know of any "HIGH RIDE" IWB holsters. I'm sure someone makes one but never seen one.

Well apparently I got my terminology mixed up. I think the term I am looking for is an adjustable ride height holster. I stumbled across the FIST website and thats the term they use. Basically I am trying to avoid poking a hole thru the seat of my car with my full size 1911.

You want a Pure Kustom holster. They are extremely comfortable and have adjustable IWB positions.

Crossbreed Supertuck holsters are adjustable for ride height.

I have a desantis Cozy partner for my 226 and it definitely rides high. Not too bad at all while driving, but I have to be careful or the grip will definitely show.

I also have the DeSantis Cozy Partner and that holster fits my Sig, my Glock and my SA 1911. And I do have to say I always resort back to it instead the more expensive holsters I have. Also because it fits them all its worn out the most so I was looking for a replacement. Crossbreed is on order.

Very comfortable and it rides high.

I also have a 2 slot version of this holster for my snubby that rides high and is also very comfortable.
