    Default Good 9mm cc

First I have a question. Why are all the manufacturers doing away wiyh the good old fashioned hammer? I prefer to have a hammer with DA. That way if need be I just take my pistol out and pull the trigger if the hammer comes back the gun should fire then just keep shooting if need be. These new guns that are double action only seem like they would have to have springs that would fatigue faster that way. ,I dont know but sure would like to. Im looking at S&W Sigma 9, ashamidly Glock 26. or probably the new ruger that just came out. Im open to suggestions. Please advise. Thanks. das

Why are you ashamed to want a glock? Sounds like you're already set on that side of your question.

Look at the HK USP 9mm. Has the SA/DA. I also have a Glock. Different guns for different carry, but I like the HK safety.

Beretta's for one. Still can get them in whatever action you want, with an open hammer. PX4's, 92's, Cougars. Lots of options out there that still meet your wants.

What safety do revolvers have.....trigger. Don`t pull it and it won`t go bang.

    I wasn`t a G fan until I got my 19. That`s what I mostly carry now.

If you want more safety try an XD, my XD9sc has the same type trigger safety as the glock with an additional grip safety, gun will only fire with a firm grip on the handle.
