I NEED AMMO!!!

ok i just bought a mossberg 590A1 and i bought some target load pretty cheap 50 rounds for 15 bucks i was at army navy but they only carry federal and its way over priced anybody know where i could get ammo thats not over priced i mean im talkin they want 10 bucks for slugs and 00 buck shot

Take up reloading....you can get shells in the trash at the range and you can load em with whatever you want.rocksalt,nails,ball bearings,nuts,broken glass,buckshot,slugs,comfetti,dog sh*t ...you get the idea... luckkily we bought all out 12 ga ammo pre-ammo crisis :]

Go to Walmart.................shotgun ammo is about the only kind they seem to have on a consistant basis.

Also, no limit on the shotgun ammo...

You could think about reloading...

I guess it depends on what you are looking for as well... you mentioned slugs and 00, I'm not sure if that's exclusively what you are looking for or not.. But I usually stock up on my slugs/buckshot at Cabelas when they have a sale. They usually have a table or rack full of boxes... I think this last time I got a couple 12rd boxes of 00 for somewhere around $5/box.

But if you're looking for all-purpose/hunting loads, go to walmart. I usually get a brick of Federals at the local Wally for around $20 ($5/box)... I almost ALWAYS use them for trap shooting. Never went wrong with them, or the price yet..

OMG, that's too funny!!! I wonder how far down range that would go!! LOL

I'd just hate to clean the barrel afterwards. Lead and copper fouling is a pain come cleaning time... but poo fouling would have to be the worst!

Depends on if it's frozen or not.

I was one of those who loaded up when it was about $4/bx. Locally I have not seen it under $10/bx. I have seen some on Midway USA for about $7-$8/box. What type of shot are you looking for?
