Why hasnt anyone pointed out that he says open carry in State Parks is Illegal/unlawful? Or am I misreading his poor literary skills?
He seems to also seems to imply by not stating carry there with a LTCF (or "permit" in his mind) is legal that people will then think it is illegal? I mean seriously....dont these elected Sheriff's have ANY legal help? Are they relying on the DA? Thats even SCARIER!

I saw that too, thought it could be poor literary skills as it's lumped in at the end of the open carry paragraph, which is illegal in state parks, but I do see how it could mean "period".

The pamphlet states you can not OC in Philla. It neglects to mention the exceptions.
That would be the same as the pamphlet saying it is unlawful to CC in Delco (without including the exceptions)

IOW: It's misinformation.

I got that. I was saying it seemed some were being a little harsh on the poster who seemed to be saying technically the Sheriff was right, but meh.
