    The pamphlet states you can not OC in Philla. It neglects to mention the exceptions.
    That would be the same as the pamphlet saying it is unlawful to CC in Delco (without including the exceptions)

    IOW: It's misinformation.

    Yes I am. I had one 2 weeks after election day. I will see him again in February. Lunch in Media!

    He gets far more distractions in his office!! Been there many times.

    Better to have the relevent pages of the MPOTEC Training update that explains the legality of OC in PA if your worried about being hasseled for doing so.

    What you maybe didn't pick up on Pa. Patriot, is Dan and the Man have a history, they know each other on a personal level. I have brought many of my concerns to Dan and he has spoken with the Man about them, I have to believe this is why this years edition is much more in line with the way it should be, though as mentioned, could still use a few tweaks, here and there.

    Agree 100% because unless you are at the court house it probably won't be a Deputy with which might have a encounter. A regular LEO might not be too impressed with some material from the Sheriff.
