The Bianchi Model 5 Black Widow works pretty good for OWB. It pulls the gun in pretty darn close. I use one for a 1911, 5906 and a KP90. I'm 6'3", 280 and if I put a jacket or sport coat on you can't tell. If going with a IWB then the Crossbreed Super Tuck Deluxe may be the way to go.

i'm a big guy and carried a P95 for years, using a Galco 3-slot OWB. Worked great for me.

I've used the Galco NSA for years with a Browning Hi-power. It is an inside the waist band holster which takes some getting used to. I am 5'10" 275 so I am no small fry.

I use Mitch Rosen 5JR President Express holsters for my Glocks & Sig 220. They're comfortable & keep the gun real close to the body. They run about $75, but sometimes you can find new ones on flea-bay for a few bucks less.
