My experience:

Norristown, Montgomery County...took me 20 minutes to drive there, another 20 minutes to have the clerk check my form, take my pic, laminate the LTCF card, and then take my $46.

Can't wait for the legislation to pass to make process and the cost all the same through out Pennsylvania.

The problem is.... this process is already supposed to be the same throughout the state, as per the Uniform Firearms Act.

As best I can figure it, the price should be $25.00 statewide. Any issuing authority charging more than $25.00 is acting in violation of the law.

Since we're on the subject of LTCF, I just thought I'd announce that it became official today: I now have my LTCF. WHOOPEE

norristown takes 10min if you dont have a shady background,they tell you it has to go to reasearch if you do.then you get a reverse denial letter if you sweet talk the st police receptionist.
any one else have a reverse denial letter? just trying to see how unusual they are.
