I'm thrilled to see this proposal. It will make the fight easier for those challenging municipalities, and may make municipalities less likely to adopt the "so sue us" attitude. I'm also not surprised at all that MY rep is already a co-sponser.

ANY lawmaker who pushes a bill or law that knowingly and spitefully flies in the face of an established statute (as in our example of UFA violations) should be removed from office and GO TO JAIL.
