    Default Anyone From New Castle Delaware SBR an AR15?

    I have gotten the bug and want to SBR my ar15 and HK94, has anyone from DE done this before? From what I see SBR's are allowed but each location seems to have their own "challenges". Also has anyone used an LLC to get NFA items in DE? Would a Delaware LLC be allowed to purchase a suppressor which is prohibited from "individual ownership" in DE.

    sbr i belive is not legal in de. the cheif law enforcemnt oficer should be able to tell you, since he would have to sign off the atf form. with the llc nothing with the cleo has to be done. call the atf or do the leg work online at the website. i know de will not let most nfa items be owned....suppressor, aow or destructive devices.

    I put all my black furniture on my SBR and Im gonna keep it this way. Im over my FDE phase.
