Default OC friendly places in Adams county?

Does anyone know, or have been to a OC friendly place in or around Gettysburg area? Looking to "get my feet wet".

Gettysburg Family Restaurant (Near Staples) is ok with it. We had an OC lunch there once. One of the owners is a member of my gun club.

I've been to many places without incident, but to me, just because no one objects, doesn't necessarily make it OC friendly.

    I've also been to:
    Sheetz
    7-11 (Gettysburg)
    7-11 (Biglerville)
    Season's Bakery
    Reddings Hardware
    Taylor's Trading post
    Wal-mart

    Giant
    Staples
    Burger King
    McDonalds (rt 30)

I don't regularly OC out of uniform, mostly because I don't tuck my shirt in and I think wrapping the untucked shirt around the gun to OC looks horrible.

This is a little bit outside Gettysburg, but I've been OC at Ventura's Restaurant and the Toms convenience store in Fairfield with no trouble.

Hey now! My t-shirt tucked behind my 9 doesn't look THAT bad!

OP... PM me to let me know what your schedule looks like and I'll put something together for several of us to go out so you don't have to "get your feet wet" alone. Believe me, I know it can be stressful the first time out.

Look forward to hanging with you!

I've only had two negative encounters, other than that, it's pretty friendly around here. Fired Up, let me know when that get together will be. I'll see if I can make it between work and working on the new house.

What two encounters are you talking about? Is it other than pub 217 and south hanover walmart?

The pub was one and the Gettysburg Walmart was the other.

Just posted a new thread for an OC lunch on 4-25-10. Check it out and let me know if you can make it. This may change according to wally's schedule. Updates will be in new thread. http://forum.pafoa.org/adams-94/9721...4-25-10-a.html
